in the first half of the movie

but yea hiro is a good guy
really trying to protect her from anything

lets have the baby
and something bad happen
and the baby is gone
hiro gets upset
maybe he realised he got tat dumb cancer
and dump her
life goes on
she dated another good guy
she then found out he got cancer

dying with regrets
